DepEd and Pasig LGU Explore Mid-Rise School Building Project
Pasig City, 2023 – The Department of Education and the Pasig City LGU explore building a 12-storey mid-rise school building that will have 60 classrooms, feature a “Green” building design, with provisions for a solar panel system as an alternative source of energy. Provisions will be made for ancillary rooms such as a Library, Faculty Room, Administration Room and Laboratories to cater to the needs of learners and teachers. The Mid-rise building will also be PWD friendly and will include a multipurpose roof deck for extracurricular activities, safety and security features. The building site will be at the Nagpayong , Complex in Pasig City, with the project having an estimated cost at Php 660M.
